Why Apprenticeship?

Many companies today struggle to find qualified workers, it’s one of the mysteries of unemployment, so called “skill mismatch” in the labor force. With new technologies transforming work across a range of sectors, this trend accelerated, making it even more difficult to find workers with skills and our field of expertise is one of the toughest.

Building a world-class operation is hard and our trade by nature requires a deep level of understanding of the technical tools as well as our approach to consulting. Our solution? We love to teach and help people grow, so we decided to look for the right people and give them the tools to learn the trade quickly. Our belief is, if there is a match on culture and attitude, the rest can be taught over time.

Apprenticeship is not a new concept

We learnt this approach from Germany, where the number of apprentice trainees is closer to 60 percent (compare to 5% in the US)—in fields as diverse as advanced manufacturing, IT, banking, and hospitality.

Marketing Automation is a rapidly growing industry with scarcity in talent and exciting career opportunities that span across some 5 traditional career tracks. In fact, we are looking at a projected 9.29% CAGR for marketing automation revenue from 2015 to 2019.

Join our team and learn the skills to become eligible to apply as a full-time consultant.

Apprenticeship is easy to join and is open to anyone who is interested in discovering more about what we do, how we do it and what makes us different. There are three cohorts a year.
